In the EUR print portal and the Campus Print app, increase your print credit manually when the credit runs out, or choose automatic top-up. You then issue a bank authorisation. You can always turn off automatic top-up of print credit and have the remaining own credit refunded.
The description below is from the EUR print portal. The steps in the Campus Print app are identical.
Enable automatic top-up in the EUR print portal
- Go to: print.eur.nl
- Log in with your EUR account.
- Click the [Credit] tab.
- Click [Automatic top-up].
- Click [Switch on automatic top-up].
- Select the minimal top-up amount and your personal information.
- Click [Proceed to payment] to open the payment application.
- Select [iDEAL with recurring SEPA Direct Debit].
- Choose your bank and fill in all the necessary details. Don't forget to agree to the terms and conditions. Then click on [To iDEAL].
- When the automatic top-up has been enabled, you receive a confirmation email.
- Use the [Transactions] option to view the automatic payment transactions.
- To log out, click X in the browser tab to log out. Note that the browser is not closed until all tabs are closed.
Disable automatic top-up in the EUR print portal
- Go to: print.eur.nl
- Log in with your EUR account.
- Click the
button.
- Click [Automatic pop-up].
- Click [Switch off automatic top-up].
Important: If you have a print credit lower than the threshold amount of 3 euro at the time of switching off, the print credit will be automatically topped up once more.
- To log out, click X in the browser tab to log out. Note that the browser is not closed until all tabs are closed.
