1. Go to one of the printers and log in. (Log in to a printer).
2. Tap [Scan] at the top of the print queue.
3. Tap [Scan to OneDrive].

The first time you use Scan to OneDrive, it will tell you to first link to your OneDrive folder. You will receive an e-mail from uniFlow Online to do this.
- Click on the link in the mail. The default browser will open with a page from uniFLOW Online.
NOTE: The following steps are only possible within the EUR network (i.e. not from home).

Click [Doorgaan met Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam/ Continuing with Erasmus University Rotterdam].

- Log in with your EUR username and password.
- On the next screen, click [Authorize].
- Log in again with your EUR username and password.
- Then the message that OneDrive for Business has been linked appears. Click [Close].
- A page from uniFLOW Online will appear containing your data. The red frame indicates that OneDrive for Business has been successfully linked. You can now use the scan function.
- Close the browser and walk to the printer. Perform steps 1 to 3 again.
===============================================================4. Place the document in the document feeder or on the scanner glass.

Important: Multiple sheets can be placed in the document feeder. If the document is bound, damaged, consists of thin sheets or has a staple, use the platen glass.
- on the glass plate, face down.5. The standard scan settings are visible on the right-hand side of the screen. Adjust as needed.
6. Press the green Start button to scan the document. You can also start scanning by pressing the [Scan] button at the top of the touchscreen.
7. A preview of the scanned document is displayed. Tap [Next].
8. Tap [OK] to send the scanned document to this folder.
